If you would like to speak to someone about hiring the hall please leave a message on our Church Answer Machine 020 7701 3468.
You will need to complete a Hall Hire Initial Request Form, see process page.
FOR MORE THAN A ONE EVENT OR REGULAR EVENTS IN THE YEAR
There is a possibility of using the hall on a regular basis, or less regularly basis, particularly if it to support activities related to the local community, health and social provision, education or community development. This will require a contract and some exploration of your organisation. To set up a contract for hiring you will need:
– photocopy of your current insurance and public indemnity insurance
– evidence of being a business or charity registered with the charities commission
– evidence of some form of safeguarding policy
